Why did Sushant Singh Rajput commit Suicide and why is mental health important?

Sushant Singh’s ex Manager Disha Salian also had killed herself last week. What was their relation?

News Sources say Disha was going through depression since a week.

To understand some suicides we have to also understand psychological shock, depression and mental health. Some of these issues are something that can happen to anybody anyday. Irrespective of whether you think you are strong or weak.

Lockdown could also have an important role to play in your mental health. You need health amount of fresh air and space from each other on a daily basis.

Alcohol and drugs can also cause mental health problems and can lead to situations similar to suicide.

Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working. To be diagnosed with depression, the symptoms must be present for at least two weeks.

Psychological shock is when you experience a surge of strong emotions and a corresponding physical reaction, in response to a (typically unexpected) stressful event.   

By thoroughly understanding this reaction before it happens, you’ll be able to recognize it and make much better decisions if/when it does. I’ll help you do that here.

What ever the reasons are for Sushant and Disha’s suicide if they were able to get help for the emotions that led to it they could have saved themselves.

Since it’s hard to think straight when you’re in shock, you should give yourself a chance to calm down before acting, unless quick action is necessary. You may be tempted to make a poor decision. For example, you might feel tempted to drive off after you’ve hit someone else’s car, even though you know that’s not morally right and could result in legal problems. This urge to run isn’t you being a terrible person—it’s just your flight response. You need to give yourself a few minutes for your rational brain to take over.

Meditation has mental health benefits. The most common form of meditative practice as therapy is mindfulness, but breath focused exercises are also used for dealing with the stresses and anxiety related to emotional pain, reducing physiological symptoms.

We can safely say whatever happened with Sushant and Disha and their relations between friends like Rhea Chakraborty and Rohan Rai, family, and their reasons for killing themselves, the main culprit is mental health.
